I’m buying this hamper as a gift. Can you deliver directly to the recipient?
Yes, of course. You will be given an opportunity during the checkout process to specify the address to which you would like the hamper to be delivered. Bear in mind that if it is a hospital birth, the family may not be home for a couple of days. We’d hate your hamper to be sitting in a porch or shed for very long! Unfortunately we can’t deliver to hospitals.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In normal circumstances, we expect your hamper to arrive within 2 working days. We normally use the Royal Mail 48 service and deliver free to mainland UK addresses for orders over £70 ,which includes all of the prepacked hampers. But if you would like to have your hamper delivered more quickly, choose Express Delivery during the checkout process . In both cases, you can track your order throughout.
What should I do if my hamper hasn’t arrived within 3 days?
We have chosen a very reliable postal service to give you the best chance of receiving your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, normally within 2 working days. But if it hasn’t arrived after 3 working days, please contact us and we will follow it up.
Is Express Delivery available?
Yes, Express Delivery is available for orders placed before noon Monday to Friday, apart from Bank Holidays. A charge of £6.95 will be made at checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We’re very sorry but post Brexit we have decided not to deliver to international addresses, including Europe as the import taxes are prohibitive.
What should I do if the hamper or its contents are damaged?
It’s very important to us that you are completely happy with your hamper. So we treat every hamper and its contents with TLC-and check everything extremely carefully before sending it out. We also chose Royal Mail for its excellent reputation for looking after goods in transit. But if your hamper or its contents does arrive with anything damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Although we protect the contents of the hamper with soft tissue, the hamper itself is made from natural willow and is therefore likely to have less-than-smooth edges. But that’s what makes it unique! Please be careful not to catch fabric on it, especially the delicate shawl.
What is your Returns policy?
We have a 14 days returns policy. If you need to return the hamper and its contents for any other reason than it being damaged or faulty, please repack the hamper in its original packaging, taking care to protect the goods during transit. We are sorry that we cannot refund return postage in this case.
In the unusual event that your hamper is faulty or damaged, please return as described above, but also include a copy of the postal receipt so that we can refund your postage.
In either case we ask you to retain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the post.
